I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. It has been more than three weeks, and I still have not been provided with a rental vehicle. Every time I call, the only response I get is “we don’t know.” They ordered a transmission control unit for my car, but even after 8 days, they cannot provide an ETA. There is no clear communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency. The service is very poor, and the staff do not seem properly informed or trained to handle customer concerns. Constantly saying “I don’t know” is not acceptable when a customer has been waiting for weeks. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better service and professionalism. I don't wanna give them1 start even.

No experience with sales, but the service department here has been good. Marjan and his team is friendly and personable. In both instances they were reasonable, helpful, and competent, even though I didn't purchase my vehicle here. Thank you, Chenier Service Team.

Chenier did it again!! Made me happy 🙂 Kara and Mike gave me the right numbers in order for me to get the Jeep I wanted. They NEVER fail to be there for us, Dimitri and service crew are amazing also, take good care of us. They deserve a 10 star! Thanks Chenier

Sales dept Mike Y is the worst salesperson and arrogant as they come !! I’ll never buy anything there until he s gone ,it’s why I bought my truck in Scarborough Ont where the customer matters … the service dept @ Chenier has been courteous and friendly and i recommend them for service and parts but stay away from Mike in sales !!

You are lucky to have MARJAN on your team , he makes you feel valued and goes above and beyond to help clients , that type of dedication keeps me going back .
