Sold us a car that the transmission was useless from day one. They didn't want to make it right, try to give another car, or refund us. Even after we paid off the car for credit reasons. They lost two good customers. I'll never send anyone here or refer this place till what was done to us is made right. This was a few years ago but I still want people to know how they do business here. I don't want anyone to go through the time and money loss like we did. This place should be ashamed.

The whole staff at Cherokee were amazing! Easy terms for me the payment I wanted and helped build my credit all at the same time! Definitely give them a shout if you need to purchase something or trying to rebuild your credit!

This place is a joke! Not only did we get the run around, they said that the reason we got declined for a loan was because they didn't want our Co signer to drive too far?!?! WHAT?!? What kind of business do you people run that a singular employee makes a business call based off of an opinion? Also they asked us to do a Straw Purchase which in most cases is illegal. I don't know how this places stays in business. Of I could give you guys no stars I would.

Don Littrell has been a friend of the family for years; even gave my parents a loan to get their credit started in there early marriage years! Most recent they gave me a loan with no credit to get me started and now I own my dream car and moving on to buy other things! I stopped by to look at a car next door and they offered me a loan again to help me finance it for a second car! Well managed place and willing to help anyone that wants to help themselves!

The best loan company by far!! They will help in any way possible.. Ask for don. I highly recommend it ive had issues with stuff. And a call to them and my finical problem was fixed.
