We had an absolutely incredible experience with Cherokee Mitsubishi, specifically Albert and Darren. Not only were they some of the kindest people I’ve ever met, they worked so hard, even stayed almost 3 hours after closing, just to give us the best deal they could possibly offer. We are overwhelmingly thankful for them, and to anyone in the market for a new car, I absolutely recommend seeing them, hands down. The entire office is filled with wonderful people that truly care about you and your experience and we are so grateful for the time and care they provided us, and will without a doubt be going back to see them for any future car purchases.

He was quick to respond from the very first moment! He was prompt, honest, and informative. The next day he was prepared to see and made sure the vehicle was ready. He made the entrire sales process flawless and comfortable. When a fair deal was struck....Stephen (the singing salesman) and team did EVERYTHING to make my daughter's experience SPECIAL. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Was in a tough situation with a bad car and negative equity not expecting to be able to get a decent car anytime soon. Darren and Albert worked with me a ton and was able to help me and my wife get away from our 2013 Ford Explorer with 172k miles into a new 2026 Outlander!
