5 stars for Ken Dobbin and the Used 2024 Equinox EV. I truly appreciate Ken’s support throughout the process of purchasing this vehicle. He was clear, attentive, and provided very detailed guidance on how to use the car. After a week of driving, I have to say: this Equinox EV has been absolutely AMAZING — far beyond what I expected. It delivers a level of comfort, safety, and peace of mind that exceeded my initial expectations. Two things genuinely concern me: • The KYCS package introduced by Finance is not recognized by my insurance company and does not reduce the insurance premium as stated. I already purchased it, so I just have to accept it. • The extended warranty is extremely expensive — much higher than what I’ve paid for previous vehicles I’ve owned. My individual ratings: • Ken: 5★ • Vehicle: 5★ • KYCS: 2★ • Extended warranty: 3★ My personal rating standards: • 5★ = everything is excellent, with no drawbacks at all, and includes pleasant surprises • 4★ = most things are excellent, with a few minor drawbacks, and no major issues • 3★ = good and acceptable, but with notable drawbacks • 2★ = average, with several points of dissatisfaction • 1★ = below average Based on this scale, my overall experience lands around 3.5★. However, because Ken and the vehicle are truly outstanding, the overall experience still deserves 4★.

Went in with my 2023 C8 Z51 showing a "Engine Malfunction" light on. They dianosed the problem to cylinder #2 miss fire. They Dianosed further to a fouled spark plug in cylinder 2. Replaced plug and tested. Car runs excellent again. Service adsvisor was friendly and prompt. Only issue I have is the "booking service". I hate trying to explain to people that have no clue about cars what my issues are, then the try to upsell multiple extra services i didnt call about 😡
