I knew I wanted to test drive the new 2026 Buick Envision so upon arriving at the Upper James dealership I was greeted by a lovely woman, Victoria. I ask to test drive the SUV, she quickly arranged that for me and we discussed all the features of this SUV. Victoria was very informative and made me feel at ease. I loved it but didn't make any decision right away. Took some time to think it over then I contacted Victoria. She found one a few days later that suited me perfectly. The sale was easy, smooth just like I would be when dealing with customers in the financial industry. The team were all smiles, helpful and excited for me since I hadn't bought a new car in 12 years. I've driven it almost a week now and I cant say enough about the service I experience. I ordered snow tires but they were not in when I picked up the SUV however a few days later Victoria drove to my work, picked up my new SUV to have the snow tires put on without me having to do a thing. We talked about going the extra mile in any service industry and I can honestly say that Victoria hit the mark on all of it. Thank you to the whole team at John Bear Upper James. The staff were warm and professional, the lady who helped with my intake and billing was especially kind and friendly, which made a big difference. Their lounge is beautiful , complete with coffee, tea, and a TV to help pass the time. They also offer complimentary shuttle rides, which was incredibly convenient. What really stood out to me was their effort to get my vehicle ready in time so my daughter wouldn’t be late for work. That level of care and consideration doesn’t go unnoticed. Yes, their prices might be a bit higher than some other places, but honestly, you can’t always put a price on great service and peace of mind. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good hands and that the work done was quality. Highly recommend for sure ☺️
