First of all, the truck is brand new so there is absolutely no reason for the vehicle to have problems. Second of all, oil and coolant DO NOT interact anywhere in the engine bay. GM blamed it on Mr.Lube for having filled the coolant compartment with engine oil. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM IN THE COOLANT TANK TO FILL IT WITH OIL, it's not even the same color. Anyone who knows anything about vehicles knows that engine oil and coolant do not mix unless they are blended in the engine by the cylinders. That aside, Mr. Lube records everything they do every day to protect themselves for just such occasions like this. GM thoroughly believes it was the fault of Mr. Lube. As you can see in the work order, gm didn't even change the contaminated parts, they only did a cleansing of the system which is less than acceptable for a brand new vehicle with less than 40,000 kilometers on the odometer. On top of all of this, Gm is only willing to reimburse 1000 dollars of compensation for everything that happened. So as for the bus ticket, the rental vehicle, the time lost, the stress and the 1815.25 dollar bill to repair the truck. The truck is guaranteed, this is unacceptable. The representative at GM who is suppose to send the 1000 dollars compensation is always unavailable and never returns my calls. One agent hung up on me upon stating my problem and the next representative said they would "nudge" Dilara to get back to me as soon as possible and that was two weeks ago. This took place in March 2024 and we are almost in the month of september 2024. And on top of this all the truck has no oil again and no coolant in the reservoir. The truck will be returning to the garage it was purchased at and another vehicle elsewhere will be bought. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST BUYING A GMC TRUCK.

Ok...everyone hates taking their car in for a checkup. There is a banging sound or something is broken. It's the surprise at the end thats heartstopping! This is NOT the case here. I Was treated with respect and my service man was extremely helpful. My car was done fast. Yes the bill is a bit of a shocker but the way I see it, it is less than a new car! You will not be disappointed with this auto service.

What a pathetic excuse for a service dept and a service manager. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Worst place I’ve ever been for service These people need to take lessons from Thomas Motors and cobourg Ontario to learn how to treat their customers
