Chevrolet Buick GMC de LaSalle

I experienced a mechanical issue with the heating system on my Silverado EV while under warranty and decided to have it looked after at Lasalle Chevrolet Buick GMC. From the get go Francis communicated extremely well and I felt he was on my side. He always responded immediately to my requests for updates on the status as we were dealing with a back ordered part and was committed to doing everything he could to get me back on the road. Overall my experience was definitely one of five stars, and I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to this dealership.

I just bought my very first car. I never ever ever want to do that again, however, I imagine at some other point I will have to. The experience of buying a first car is so very nerve wrenching! Now with that said, I saw a used car online and it was kind of a unicorn, very low mileage for the age, one owner and all that. I reached out, asking for the CarFax so I don't waste my time and energy if the car is a dud. My first contact was with Charlyne who sent me the CarFax right after we spoke. Wonderful. The report was thorough and the car was well maintained over the years. Exciting! I set up a test drive, fully expecting that I would not like the car - it was a little different than the type of car I was first looking for, and I am short, I was worried how it would sit and drive for me. In any case, I met up with the salesperson Frederick(sp?) and he was nice, a little awkward but I am awkward, so. He was nice, but a little defensive of pricing. That is fine, I am a fair person, I am not going to nickel and dime someone. After my test drive I did request a few things which were accommodated (again, fair requests by mind) - and I put a deposit down for the registration and met with Sylvie for financing. I didn't need the financing, but if I could get a good rate, I would go that route. Sylvie came through for me at my preferred rate and timeframe. So good on her! When it came to the pick up time, my car was ready and delivered with a full tank of gas, cleaned up and ready to go. I am very very happy with my purchase, and the service I received from start to finish. I think I would be very comfortable recommending them if you are in the market for a used or new car.
