She really took the time to explain every feature of the truck clearly and made sure I understood everything before leaving. Got the App and she even gave us a champagne bottle. Her professionalism made the whole experience A1. Jérémie, also did a great job during the negotiation process. He was fair and easy to work with. Pleasant experience. The service from this dealership was excellent. Massimo was great salesmen and provided excellent service and went the extra mile to locate the truck I wanted. I had previous been servicing my truck at this dealer and they always provide excellent service and complete work on time. Highly recommend this dealer for a seamless buying experience.

Promises not kept! -Promised deposit was refundable! -Promised Tahoe would be cleaned and smoke smell would be gone! So we purchased a 2023 Tahoe under these conditions. -One week later (because of Christmas) I got a text that the smell was gone and the Tahoe is ready for pickup. -so I drove 3 hours for pickup and guess what…. It still smells like smoke!! - they asked if they could try one more time - I said I would let them know because I needed to talk to my wife and do some research on cigarette smell. - after all we decided to not take the risk. - now I can’t get a returned phone call. - they still have my deposit! …….broken promises! Use another dealership! P.S. 72 hours later I have my deposit back. It’s too bad it took a negative review to get deposit back! I can’t get the entire day I lost back though!

Just bought a used Chevy Tahoe here and honestly had the best experience. Everything was easy from start to finish. Huge thanks to Max MacPherson, he got me an awesome deal and made the whole thing simple and stress-free. Super easy to deal with, no pressure at all, and really knows his stuff.

Disappointed with Lack of Disclosure on Brake Condition We purchased a second-hand Chevrolet Cruze from this dealership in May 2025. At the time of the sale, we were reassured that the vehicle had passed all inspections and was in good condition. Based on this, we trusted the dealership and proceeded with the purchase. However, only a few months later, in December, we were informed by a certified service center that all four brakes—front and rear pads and rotors—needed to be replaced immediately. The total repair cost was nearly $2,000. This was surprising and very disappointing, as such significant wear should have been clearly visible and disclosed during the safety inspection before the sale. We understand that used vehicles may require maintenance, but essential safety components like brakes should not reach a critical state within such a short period unless they were already worn at the time of purchase. We feel that this important information was not properly communicated to us, which has left us with unexpected and considerable expenses. We hope the dealership reviews this situation seriously and improves transparency for future customers. We trusted that the inspection report reflected the true condition of the vehicle, and sadly this was not our experience. We would appreciate a follow-up from management to address this concern.
