Alex Clark was excellent! I'm very busy and don't have time to do reviews but I had to make sure I completed this one. I came into the dealership expecting to just look at a car I had been eyeing online, but Alex made the experience the best. From the time we walked in the door he was welcoming and just overall pleasant to be around. When it came to details and dealings with the car, he was thorough, honest, and upfront. He answered any questions I had or hadn't yet thought to consider. Coming from another state and buying a car again, I was nervous, but I walked out confidently, and I owe all of my feelings of reassurance to Alex and his manager Reggie. If you are looking for a car dealership that won't give you the run around, and that has enough client care to stop what they are doing to look up a Costco location for you before you walk out the door, I 10/10 recommend shopping with Alex and the dealers at this location.

We were looking to purchase a truck for our business. I found one at Chevrolet Buick GMC of Murfreesboro and inquired online on Sunday. Monday morning, I received a call from John Painter. John and I discussed terms. John called back in a short time, and everything was ready. We drove up, and John was great, making the entire process enjoyable. Then we were introduced to Mr. Denarius Toliver. Denarius made the paperwork process simple. Denarius showed and explained all of the options available, so we were able to get the coverage that worked best for us. We are thankful these two gentlemen were able to take care of us with a stress-free process. We give the entire experience Five Stars. We will definitely be back in the future!

I worked with salesman, Stuart Ogg, and the whole process was phenomenal! We worked for a few days since I live a ways away and was able to get everything squared away before I even went up there on a Saturday. He kept me updated on what was happening and what needed to happen! The finance manager, Mr. Butch, was very respectful and explained everything thoroughly while signing papers! Highly recommend!!

Very unpleased with my scheduled drop off service. I called on 06/30 to schedule an appt to have my car looked at because the check engine light came on and to get an oil change. I scheduled the appt for 745 on 06/29. I arrive , leave the car and then get a video stating “you have a leak, you should get that looked at”. I called the dealership and spoke with my service person to get an update around 1pm , he stated that he is not sure why they stated that in the video and did not put any notes and he will call me back in just a few minutes once he gets an update. Fast forward to 530pm , I went to the dealership to collect my car and found my service person on his phone laid back and I asked him for an update and he stated he will go check on it , then he came back about 5 minutes later and stated he did not have an update but if I could please bring the car back tomorrow at 7:45am and do this all over again and I simply stated yes, asked for my keys , paid for my oil change and left. But I indeed did not return the next day and long story short , scheduled an appt and did not receive answers as to why my check engine light is on and IS STILL ON.

Hands down, this was the best vehicle-buying experience I've ever had. Everything was straightforward and transparent. No gimmicks, no pressure, and no surprises. I've honestly had a more difficult time buying a washing machine than I did purchasing this vehicle. The entire team made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough!
