I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. The first issue relates to the lease delivery process handled by the sales team. There is still a balance owed on my trade-in that has been pending for seven months, and despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. The lease delivery contact, Sandra, has not been helpful in addressing this matter, leaving me without clear answers or progress. Separately, my recent visit for a tire change was equally frustrating. I waited over 3.5 hours for a simple tire change, which is completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, I left with a defective tire, creating a serious safety concern. When I tried to raise these issues, the service clerks simply pointed fingers at others, saying the problems were not under their control. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this dealership. I expect better service, responsibility, and communication from a company that customers trust with their vehicles.

Excellent service, great attention and a special recognition for Mr. Vahid who was our seller advisor and partner at all times during the purchase of our new vehicle highlighting his charisma, his honesty (which unfortunately nowadays is difficult to achieve) his work ethic and the confidence he transmits to his customers. We will always remember his quote "I like to find and match the right car with the right customer" and we couldn't agree with him more. The after sales service was just as amazing as in the beginning which we feel is crucial during a purchase as important as a new car. Brought my car in for service and the team in the service department made the whole process easy. They kept me updated throughout, explained what was done and why, and had me back on the road faster than expected. No surprises on the bill, no pressure. Exactly the kind of experience that keeps you coming back to the same place.

I have been a customer of this dealership for more than 20 years. The new leadership are so bad that they threaten/bully customers. The service department is useless. On one occasion, they tried to make pay for a pair of tires that were under warranty. After confronting them, the tech said he was not aware. He should be the adviser/the expert. I have a hummer Ev, in 10 months it went to be serviced more than 20 times. Sometimes for more than 9 days. They don’t have experience with EV cars and GM is not building reliable cars. The service manager is useless, he can’t run his department and can’t control the language of his staff that insults customers. I do not recommend this dealership if service matters to you.
