I had two no fault incidents both in parking lots, both when my truck was parked. They happened in December a week apart. This was not a great experience at this time of year to say the least. The body shop team at Roy Nichols was amazing, Kaila and Lorrie did an outstanding job helping take all my information and assured me things would be taken care of for the first incident. A week later I met Trinia the Body Shop manager who assessed all the damages with a totally professional manner, which helped ease the pain of the situation. Throughout the entire process the team collectively handled all the details and executed the repairs beautifully. Recently I had noticed the gas flap was not quite aligned properly, I dropped in to express my concerns which was attended to and corrected immediately. What a stellar team! I truly feel this group deserves an award and a sixth star rating. My past experiences with Roy Nichols' sales, parts and service departments have been historically exceptional. The owner should feel so proud of this operation.

I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy TRAX and had an excellent experience with the sales person name, GUY and the finance gentleman named Rick.Guy was very knowledgable and friendly. He was extremely accommodating and took the time to walk me through every detail of the vehicle, making sure I fully understood all of its features. The finance representative Rick was just as impressive. He explained all the warranty options and made sure I understood everything before making any decisions. overall, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

If it wasn’t for Jackie for her excellent service and professional leadership, We would be on the side of the road with a flat right rear tire. Costco told us to get four new tires for a screw in the tire. We won’t be going to Costco never again. We be going to see Jackie for all of ours service.
