I can not recomend This dealer enough!!! Specifically Mr. Taj amd Mr. Carlos!!!! Ive had my 2013 Duramax for YEARS and at 298k miles and a new born at hime it was time to start looking for a newer truck. I had seen a few of their used trucks there for a while and finally decided to stop in and just see what they were going to price it at. Taj helped me go down in the price a TON, more then I thought they would and then do a test drive. We went over numbers amd got even lower after looking at buying options. I told him I'd have to get my wife from hime because he was able to get the price from "im just looking right nkw I cant afford that" to "oh shoot I might actually be able to do this right now!" Came back with my wife and Carlos came over to help Taj out with other discounts and the two worked together perfectly! Carlos was able to talk to the manager and went to bat for us to ensure we were gettin a full disclosure as well as ensuring the deal was fair to us and to them. At the end of negotiations on price we settled on an out the door price that was about like buying it in the lower 48. No crazy markup, they paid our title amd tag wich I appreciate extremely. no surprise fees at finance, the proce he got me to was the exact price I walked out with!!!! They stayed THREE hours late to get our deal through as well!!! Im going to have to get some steaks or something else for them next payday as an extra thank you to them! While I wassnt able to find a silverado or GMC to fit my needs, they still went all out and above amd beyond to get me into this new to me truck that checks EVERY block for my family's needs!!! It was great experience. I only brought my car there for a charger issues and they did a full inspection on the car and ended up doing my normal free oil change. Grace Steele made sure I got a ride to and from the dealership once I dropped my car off

After a complete let down in anchorage where I live. While looking for my first brand new truck at 41 was supposed to be a fun experience. I was let down by a local dealer while trying to get a last round of extended warranty work done. In the meantime other dealers just couldn’t come close to the price and overall help and efficiency of Fairbanks GMC/Chevy. We ended up making the trip in one day to drop off my aging f150 and to pickup my first ever brand new GMC sierra. Huge thanks to Curtis McNeal for making a nightmare become a great experience.
