First off, don’t let the negative reviews fool you. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I could have asked for. Yatesha stuck with me throughout the whole process and was extremely professional and a joy to work with. No bogus fees or add-ons either. My truck was at one of their sister dealerships and they had it shipped up quickly. I love my new to me Silverado and will definitely continue to do business with them. Thank you!

Went in to look at a truck. I looked at 4 GMC Canyons from $24k to 34k. Shawn (Salesperson) went out of his way to make sure I got a good variety to look at and test drive. Any questions I had he answered or found out the answers to my questions. He made sure it had an oil change, new tires (the tires on the one I picked were bare), and delivered it to me because the service department couldn't get the work finished until Monday. I felt I got a salesperson who worked with me and gave me a fair price on my trade-in and price for the vehicle I chose. look him up if you go by GMC of Quincy, FL. I would buy from him again. 30 days ago Me and wife purchased a vehicle for $17,000. We were told by staff that they handle the registration and we will receive the plates in the mail. We received a call from the General Manager and he told us theirs nothing that they can do and the cars registration will expire. We were told to go to the DMV but can't because the car will not have active registration. The General Manager hung up on us and refused to help. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO REGISTER THE CAR! It is not done properly or in a timely manner!!!! Staff and their general manager refused to help us and hung up the phone. Extremely Unprofessional! Stay away from this business. "UPDATE" we received a call from GM asking to take review down, I think the only reason we received a call after they hung up on us is because of this review. They went on to encouraged my wife to drive the car with expired tags because they can't/won't do anything for us. He also said they would pay for the fines, however the tickets would still be on our driving record if we're pulled over. Most unprofessional car dealership I've EVER Experienced!!! What kind of dealership encourages a customer to drive their new car with expired tags and offers to pay for tickets???? STAY AWAY!
