I would give Mason and Elena more than 5 stars if I could. Fair deal on my trade and amazing customer service. Finance paperwork easy. In and out as promised. Drove 2 hrs from Austin because they had what I wanted and I would definitely do so again!
We were looking to purchase a new truck, like anybody we started calling various dealerships and finally when we reached out to Mason, Elena and Jennifer in Finance, they not only answered all our questions and presented us a haggle free transaction. As soon as me and my son walked in Elena came and got our details came with a truck which meet our requirements. After the test drive the whole team worked together which include Mason and Jennifer we had everything settled in couple hours from loan application to finally out the door in no time. In a day and age where service quality is constantly eroding, Clifton GMC bucks the trend and delivers in a big way for their customers. During our recent truck search for my wife, we had so much trouble with unscrupulous dealerships, and were becoming disillusioned in what should be a very happy event. That was until we met Phillip Howard, the GM for Clifton GMC, who stepped in and took us through a buying process that was transparent and fair. We were able to get my wife’s dream truck yesterday, and they even went out of their way to make the pick up experience (we live in Oklahoma) fantastic. Phil was patient with us throughout the process (we changed things multiple times), answered all of our questions even if they were after hours, and made the closing of the deal a breeze. There was never any pressure, and we truly felt like he had our best interests in mind. I highly recommend them for your next car or truck, and we will be lifelong customers!
