We worked with Edwin to orginally come and look at a 2022 used Chevy trailblazer. By the end of our expierence Edwin had us the best deal & driving away in a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax. The customer service has been amazing. We have an 18 month old who came along with us & the accommodations not only for us, but also for her, made the whole expierence of buying a car with a baby in hand, better than I expected. Edwin took the time to here out our concerns/focus points for what we were looking to upgrade for & delivered the perfect solution. He allowed us the space to think and answered any additional concerns with such ease. He really made us not feel rushed or like a bother for any additional info/questions. If you are looking for a new Chevy and want the best deal & not have to worry about 'pushy' salesmen, Edwin is your guy. I had gone back for a question and even when he wasnt working, he made sure we were taken care of by Jake - who also had amazing customer service in answering a question I had over a ticking noise, without making me feel like a bother for going to ask.
