Chevrolet of Meridian

My name is Lela Tisdale. Last week I got my tires rotated. Everyone is so nice at the dealership and I can tell they care about their customers. The waiting room was super clean and comfortable and the service team worked quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed at how much inventory they currently have on new and used cars. I love my 2019 Tahoe, and the next time I buy it will be another Tahoe and it will come from Chevrolet of Meridian. Great job guys and gals!

Highly recommend the service department at Chevrolet of Meridian! I broke down just outside of town while towing a trailer on a cross country move due to the standard 2018 Suburban transmission overheating issue (that my normal mechanic never advised of while knowing plans of the move and preparing the vehicle before the move). My service assistant, Kaitlyn, got me in quickly and knew exactly how to address the technical service bulletin regarding the faulty thermal bypass valve. She handled the process flawlessly, and the team performed top-notch repairs to get me safely back on the road in a day. I am incredibly impressed with the responsiveness, quality of work, and professionalism of the entire staff.

Dennis Watson was my salesman. He was courteous, knowledgeable and made the whole process a great experience. I highly recommend him to anyone. Also Jason was very helpful also. Chevrolet of Meridian certainly has my vote!!

They were very accommodating with working me in without an appointment. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I wish the parts and service department communicated more with one another to let them know when a part was in and had already been paid for.
