I absolutely dreaded trying to find a new car knowing I could only afford a used car. I knew buying a used car came with risks and that the car could essentially break down at any time. I didn't want to deal with going to car dealerships and having salesmen pressure me into purchasing a vehicle before I had the time to truly think about it. I had saved up a lot of money to be able to have a good down payment. Through a fantastic recommendation from my neighbor down the street (shout out to my brother who asked), I was recommended to William Alter at Chevy of Merrillville. Bill took the time to find me 2 good vehicles to test drive with no pressure to even purchase either one. Him and the finance team took the time to crunch the numbers and get me to a payment that I could afford. The whole team, including their New GM, was fantastic from the moment I stepped into the dealership, to the moment I left.

DeMarco got me in and out. Took good care of my ride. Great customer service. Will be back. However when I left noticed that my tire pressure sensor isn't working. Was working when I got there. Chevrolet did tire rotation and now it does not work. Chevrolet did not infor. Me the sensor went out. Z
