As a first-time car buyer, this experience felt very overwhelming. The salesman who was helping me didn’t explain much throughout the process. He let me test drive the car around the lot, then immediately asked if I had the down payment available before even running my credit or knowing whether I would be approved. It made me feel like the focus was more on making the sale than helping me understand the process. Once I was approved, I was told to get insurance so I could take the car home, but again, very little was explained. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to figure everything out on my own because I had never gone through this before. After that, I was quickly taken in to sign the contract without much guidance or explanation. By the end of the experience, instead of feeling excited about getting my first car, I just felt stressed and wanted to leave. To make matters worse, only 3 days after purchasing the car, the coolant warning light came on the dashboard. This has been a huge inconvenience because now I have to take the car back to get it fixed right after buying it. Don’t dealerships inspect cars before selling them? It honestly makes me question whether they are selling faulty cars without properly checking them first.

I had a great experience buying my first car at Chevrolet. JP was incredibly patient, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He helped with all the paperwork and truly went the extra mile to make me and my family feel comfortable. Gabriela from finance was also amazing—she explained everything clearly and made the paperwork seamless. I couldn’t be happier and am very grateful to JP and Gabriela for such a positive experience. Highly recommend this dealership!

Just purchased my first SUV with Chevrolet of Milford. With the support, assistance, and generous inspirations I received from Mr. Greg Williams, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. He was courteous, respectful, and provided great knowledge and wisdom during the entire process. I am truly grateful for the experience and appreciate all the generosity I received.

I bought a new Chevrolet Equinox and nothing extraordinary in terms of the buying process at the dealership or about the vehicle itself. However, the service center is horrible, last two separate times the advisor could not locate my keys at the office when I came to pick up my vehicle ; no advisor calls or follow ups or how much it would cost or anything. I don’t think I will be coming back here ever again for service. Zero Stars. I am the type of person who doesn’t write reviews l, but the service center can be better (if they try) in terms of customer service. Last time, I came here because my check engine light was on, provided it was still covered under warranty by the company as I understood from my car paperwork and Company website. Thank God or it would have cost me a fortune to get it fixed.
