I’ve had my new 2026 Chevy Equinox for now three months and im so proud of my choice and purchase. My salesman Sysee was awesome and a tremendous help in helping me with this decision and process. Now almost two weeks ago my equinox had an issue where it wouldn’t start. Now while it was very frustrating and inconveniencing the service team helped me a great deal. Dawson was my first point of contact when I dropped it off and was informative on the process. I at first was not satisfied cause the thought of being without my vehicle for too long is stressful. However, the service manager Kenny gave me a call and assured me that he and Dawson would be looking at my vehicle the best they could and get me back on the road with my vehicle. That same week within 2 days after being contacted the issue was fixed and I got my vehicle back. I appreciate the work, transparency, and dedication Kenny and Dawson took to ensure I got my Equinox returned and fixed !

I bought three new trucks from this dealership, and I regret giving them repeat business. I had the check engine light on after 10k miles and they wanted my vehicle for 4 weeks just to diagnose it. No loaner, no rental, no help whatsoever. So much for loyal customer appreciation. Will never buy another vehicle from them.

BEWARE! Do Not Buy a car from this dealership, bought a 2022 Toyota last Friday and the bumpers on both sides started coming off a day after driving. I asked them what my options are and used car manager “Jason” said that I gave them a one star already so they can’t help me. lol probably would have been better going to a more trusted dealership. Horrible Experience…

Man, I bought two brand new trucks from Josh in August of 2024 for work. Great experience, awesome guy and super knowledgeable about the trucks. I was thinking “go get a new truck for yourself” so I checked what they had in their inventory. Called Josh and told him what I wanted. Someone was out test driving it. So, I drove down there and found this ZR2. Christopher Johnson helped me through the whole deal because Josh was hooked up selling the truck I originally wanted. Christopher was just as awesome and took the time to clean it up for me and showed me all the bells & whistles. Thanks to the whole team. I’m a happy dude!

Rose went above my expectations as a sales person. I informed him of the vehicle and monthly payment I wanted and I would be short on time in Anchorage and asked if we could take care of as much as possible on line. He and the finance officer had everything in order when I arrived. I am very pleased with the service i had received. Thank you!
