Final update-they fixed the popping noise I was having but none of the other issues, im glad they at least fixed the safety issue but I was told on their used vehicles they are only required to do a go steer stop test where they make sure it drives, steers, and stops so the wont fix the other issues. If you ask me the standard is low when sales likes to pitch that the vehicle under-goes a full bumper to bumper inspection with all issues fixed, but maybe I am being unreasonable. I'm bumping up to 4 stars for them at least taking another look at the vehicle and fixing a safety issue. Update-the service manager Mark reached out to me personally about the issues I had with the truck. He had me drop it off with them to make things right and even worked with the sales team to get me into a loaner while they have my truck. Will update again once I get it back but definitely says a lot about how much this dealership cares about its customers, service and sales department I purchased a used truck from these guys going on a month ago. My sales guy Richard was absolutely awesome, super up front and personable. however, when I brought the truck home I noticed several issues. It makes a bad popping noise in 4x4, the steering has about 2 inches at the steering wheel in slop, the AC doesn't work, and the rear door harnesses were broken so the speakers and dome light for the rear wasn't working. They also didn't bother to at least top off the fuel, when I went to pick it up they fuel gauge was past empty. Now, I bought a used 17 year old truck so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect, but I was expecting it to be safe and mechanically sound. I purchased it before it had gone through their maintenance shop so had to pick it up later, and i was assured they would look into the steering issue, do a full inspection and fix anything wrong with it. All they did was replace the batteries and change the oil. Wouldn't even give me an inspection report from the shop or any kind of records on what the did. I had even offered to buy the vehicle at a wholesale price so they wouldnt have to shop/detail it and that way I could afford to fix anything wrong with it myself, but they didnt want to do that because they wanted to make sure it was good to go for me. Be careful buying a used vehicle from here, just make sure to take it to a private mechanic to look it over as their service department is obviously not very thorough

I worked with Dave McDonald. I reached out through your online portal and asked for someone to get back with me on some trucks you had listed on your site. Dave responded back to me very quickly, researched and answered all my questions, and set a professional tone right from the start. While the truck I was interested was still in transit, Dave invited me down to test drive one like it so I could get an idea of how it drives and feels. He even offered to come in on his day off, Sunday, if that was the only day I could make it down. I came down on a Saturday and when I arrived, Dave informed me that the truck I was interested in had just arrived and that while it was the day off for the staff in the service department, some of them came in and got the truck unwrapped and cleaned up for me to drive. I appreciated this tremendously and I've not had that level of professional customer service from a dealership ever. Both during and after I test drove the truck, Dave never put any kind of pressure on me. He just made sure to answer any questions and asked me if I wanted to see anything else. When it came time to make the sale, Dave listened to my position on my trade-in, explained the company's position, and in the end, we were able to make a deal. I would also like to point out, the process of signing the finance and sale paperwork with your Finance Manager, Karson, was probably the smoothest I've experienced. My experience with the Chevrolet of Wasilla team, particular Dave, was extremely positive and the best of any dealership to date. I would definitely buy from your dealership again and I live over 300 miles away. Thank you again!

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle in 3 years from Amy (salesperson) and Tim (sales mgr) at Wasilla Chevy. Every time… they have been easy to work with, very helpful, friendly, professional and have me leaving a satisfied customer. I consider them “my” sales team and they treat me like a friend when I walk in for any reason… even if I’m not buying a vehicle, always taking a moment to say hi and make sure I am still happy with my purchase. Always willing to help with whatever I need. I highly recommend working with them both.

Sales Rep Jeremy Daniell was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about Chevrolet’s line of EVs and owns two of them personally, including his daily driver Silverado EV. He is the reason we chose this dealership, even after an mis-start with another sales rep. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a smoother transaction. Loving our new Equinox EV.

My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Chevrolet of Wasilla. Both were great experiences. We felt they were very fair deals and were two of the easiest car purchases we have experienced.
