Chevrolet Van Nuys

It’s usually always a great experience when I visit Keys Chevrolet to have my 2019 2LT Stingray serviced and this last visit was pretty much the same. My only gripe was a coupon that was sent to me in the mail for an oil change for $79 was not accepted for my car. Instead of paying $79 plus tax I ended up paying $180 plus tax. That seemed so much like bait and switch and I got the service since I was already there. Maybe I didn’t read everything in small print. My fault. Wasn’t the happiest, but the atmosphere was still OK after sitting and walking around the lot for a little over two hours. I also found out they don’t wash your car after getting a service anymore. I was told they stopped that during Covid. I guess for the most part I never realized it since I usually keep my car very clean during visits. I even bought the car from there back in 2022 and I had a 2015 Camaro I used to take there to be serviced as well until it was totaled back in 2024.

These guys know what’s up! I went in and was greeted by Hiram, super funny and charismatic salesman. He explained everything to me and showed me the car and had the keys ready for a test drive. His manager Maurice made sure he got me the best deal and rate possible! I will be sending my friends of friends and family here!

I had to consider purchasing another car after picking up our car from service dept and it still not being fixed. However, this review is for the Sales experience after we started exploring our options. We were helped by Adrian, who was very thorough and forthcoming. He was patient with our frustration and indecisiveness. He answered all of our questions and seemed honest. If it was something he didn’t know, he wouldn’t pretend to know and just make up something. I am glad we were finally able to finalize with him on something we really loved. Ask for Adrian if you plan to visit Van Nuys Chevrolet.

I had my eye on a used car at Chevy Van Nuys and dropped by to check it out. Hiram was my sales associate and he was such a pleasant young man. Maurice, the sales manager, was so much fun and kept checking to see how things were going. RJ, the finance manager, got in me & out. I got a good deal on the car & they got me the payment I wanted! After I got the keys to my new ride, Hiram put a red bow so it would be a fun pic. The entire experience was a 10/10!
