I just had a repair completed from damage to the body by my garage door. It was severe scraping down to the metal which included denting in a very hard to fix area. The repairs were second to none. The paint matched perfectly in the direct sunlight. They gave me daily updates and the entire staff was amazing. Thank you Shane, Kevin and Devils Lake Cars.

Drove into the service quick change lane for a oil change and rotation. I was very impressed with Devon, had a good conversation about how the vehicle has been and if there was any concerns. The service didn't take to much time at all. Quick easy and out. Thank you Devon for the great service experience and Jenna for the follow up on customer experience.

I was impressed by the speed at which an oil change was performed. The technician was attentive and thorough. The cashier was quick to point out that the oil change was covered through my recent car purchase. And it was nice driving away with a clean car interior.

Everyone reading this, please be patience. Anyone who is wondering why I end up in devils lake ND, is because I took my family here for a fishing trip. It was about 1030pm when a deer hit me from the driver side front bumper and the damage continues onto the rear passenger door. The repair took almost a month which I'm ok. The worst experience from all the body collision I've done business with is this one. 08/17/2020, When I went to pick up my car, the first thing I did when I got there was to look at my car. First thing I notice that my car wasn't clean or wash. The second thing that I noticed was where the headlight and the logo molding piece meet together didn't line up together right. Third thing is that there was still deer fur on the tires. Luckily I wasn't the only one there. I brought along my very good friend with me. After looking at all the work, I went inside to talk to Shane. He was on phone when I saw him. Finally he walked out and I know base on experience in the past with other collision body shop, you'll get a Hi, How are you? Intro about you. Instead of that, this guy walked out of his office and give me and my friend the weirdest look. My understanding is that he should walk around the car with me and tell me about what has been done on my car. Which he didn't until I ask him. Also I ask to test drive my car before going in and pay my deductible because the alignment was pulling to the right after the incident. He gave me the weird look again. He responded sure but he needs to come along which I thought it was kind of odd. He also say insurance doesn't pay for alignment unless the impact was on that specific tire which I thought was odd too. So I took the car for a test drive and it was ok. Came back and pay my deductible and before I left the shop I ask for the finalize invoice, and Shane refused to give it to me. He says he'll send a copy to me when they received payments from my insurance which I thought it was really odd. I live in MN and collision body shops in MN that I've been to always gives you an finalize invoice. I did say this to Shane I don't know if it's a ND thing or specific devils lake ND thing. One last thing that I noticed somethings missing in my car was when I got home. At that point I was like WOW! I was very disappointed abt the whole experience and poor work quality and unprofessional customer service. I don't know if it's just Shane but I didn't feel comfortable because of the way he treated me. It also made me feel like because of my skin color I was treated that way. Upper management needs to review this guy's work. Lastly I want to thank everyone for reading this. Also be careful if you get into a situation like mine. Do your research first. Thanks and Have a Bless day!

I have had my oil changed at Lake Chevy several times. Quick lube advisor(Jamie Sailor) addressed a couple concerns I had with my Silverado 1500 LTZ pickup. Also recommended new tires and gave tire options after seeing results from tread analysis. Did what I expected in having an oil change. Made sure rims were properly torqued after tire rotation. Thumbs up.
