Our truck has been at the service department since November. It took nearly a month just to diagnose the issue. Once we were finally informed of the problem, we were given a repair timeline. When we called again this morning for an update, we were told it would be fixed “next week,” but no specific date was provided. The lack of clear communication and delays have been very frustrating. This experience has been disappointing, and there is definitely room for improvement in service and follow-up.
I’m giving it one star because the service is pretty poor. I’ve waited the whole summer for them to change my battery, alternator and brakes. Ever since they had new employees, the service went downhill.
