# Summary The dealership receives overwhelmingly positive feedback for its friendly, honest staff and ownership, transparent sales process, and valuable warranties and perks that prioritize customer savings. However, one negative review details significant service department failures including prolonged communication breakdowns, repeated misdiagnoses, and lack of follow-through from management regarding recall work on a vehicle.
Great experience! Salesman, Chris, was kind and helpful. Sales manager was cool and came out to introduce himself. Even the owner was walking his dog around the lot and stopped to chat, really nice guy! As far as a vehicle, my wife and I found the perfect suv with everything we were looking for. The rest of the process from there was pretty quick and painless, compared to other times I've been to a dealership to buy and ended up spending nearly an entire day going through the buying process. Then the warranties and perks you get from the dealership are pretty awesome as well! Like a lifetime powertrain warranty/engines for LIFE! and half price oil changes for life, plus a lot more! Overall, I'm just thrilled that we finally have some good owners and staff at that dealership now! Hope that they do well and stick around for years to come! God bless everyone! 😊🙏
These are some of the sweetest and most honest people I have ever worked with. Bob the owner, Chris then sales man, and Eric the financial guy. They saw my daughter and didn’t say SUCKER they saw my daughter and t thought PROTECTION. They found every way possible to save her money and get her into a car that will last for years and years to come. I recommend taking your time and keep it local shop Chickasha CDJR for all your car needs.
Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve dealt with some bad ones but this one is by far the worst! Truck broke down roughly 4 months ago. Called dealership because it had 3 open recalls. Service department told us they’d order the parts for the recalls but not to bring the truck till the parts came in since it wasn’t running. Parts came in a week or so later so we towed the truck up there and that’s when the circus started. They told me they thought within about a week they could have all 3 recalls done. After about a week or longer I called to get update. They broke a fitting on fuel pump, no big deal. They ordered new one and said should be the next week. Next week I hear nothing so I call to get update. They say they got the fitting in and replaced but they realized the fuel system was contaminated so they had to order all new fuel system which should be another week. Week goes by, I called for update and their waiting another week bc they need a specialty tool that none of the techs have. Throughout these weeks, multiple times I asked to speak with service manager and he always had someone else return my call. Fast forward a few weeks they finally get truck all put back together. Truck still won’t start. They diagnose it says it needs new engine. I go up there on a Saturday to get something out of my truck and I’m approached by Bob the owner. He seemed like a super cool guy and we probably stood there and talked for 20-30 minutes about the truck and the problems. He offered himself to look into the recalls and warranties and a few other things and that he would get back to me but no guarantees (I didn’t expect anything to be guaranteed). 3-4 weeks go by and I havent heard from him so I call. They tell me he’s out for the day but he will call me back next day. Never calls so I call again and he’s out again. A week later, the service manager that never would call me back previously, calls me and says he’s gonna try to have me a quote for a used motor by noon(a used motor was never discussed). I told him this and he said he would check with bob and get back to me. Anyways, mine and bob’s conversation might as well had never happened because he won’t communicate with me and he’s having his minions call me and they have no knowledge of our conversation apparently so they always say “oh I wasn’t aware of that, I’ll check into it and call you back” then it’s another week. They have the worst communication I’ve ever seen and every single time I talk to anyone at this dealership, it seems like I’m catching them in a lie or their backtracking on something they previously said. I would stay as far away as possible from this circus!
I just bought a used car from them and had the easiest and best experience! The whole group was friendly and fun to work with. I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of. I was treated with respect and honestly. I worked with Ty and he was an awesome salesperson. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Bought a new car over the weekend and the experience was stress free and easy. Thanks to Doug for emailing me back and forth and for helping make the car buying so easy. He was so kind in person and made our time in the dealership worthwhile and hassle free. The owner introduced himself and was so kind and personable. We never felt pressured and the sales people were top notch. Ty was super knowledgeable and helped us as well. And Eric, the finance guy was the best finance guy we have ever dealt with. We will definitely be back to purchase future vehicles and even told our friends and family about this place. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
