Everyone at the dealership was so helpful, courteous and friendly. I never felt pressured simply such an enjoyable experience. Dawnielle was able to help me trade in my car seamlessly and even picked it up from my work to get an estimate and brought it back to me quickly. Brandon worked some magic numbers with ease and helped with financial decisions. Simmony had all the paperwork done quickly as she hummed, truly enjoying her finance job! Haley sat with me in my new beautiful Mazda and explained how everything worked. They all made follow up calls to see if I had any questions and to see how I liked it. The whole sales team was wonderful! Owner Mark, and his brother Josh were very kind, not pushy and very helpful in explaining used car selling vs. trade-in; and the whole process went smoothly. This is the third generation of Mazda I have owned and I wouldn't have anything else.
