Our company truck broke down on the highway, and the team at the Ford dealership in Chilliwack, B.C. went completely above and beyond to help us out. They not only took care of servicing the truck quickly, but also helped get me into a new one so I could get back home and continue working without major delays. A huge thank you to Jared (Sales Manager) and Melissa (Finance Manager) — both were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about getting us back on the road. Not happy with my experience. Picked up my truck with 5k worth of damage on it. And you guys give me the run around for weeks and then tell me. If I want an OEM bodyshop. Im on my own. And quit communication.. ive dealt with 3 vehicles from here. My family and i will no longer be buying from here. Disappointed
