I recently had a very positive experience at Chilliwack Mitsubishi. The team, especially Travis, was professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the application process took significantly longer than I had anticipated. There was a bit of a delay while navigating the federal rebate requirements, which added some unexpected time to the paperwork. However, I was very impressed with how the dealership handled the situation. They were incredibly accommodating and provided me with a loaner vehicle to use while they sorted everything out. This gesture made the wait much more manageable and showed they truly value their customers' time and convenience. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Friendly staff easy application processes. I have Bad credit and still got approved for a new car freshly detailed. Great selection of coffee in the waiting room lol Only down fall was I was stuck there for a few hours waiting for the final inspection so they could release it to me but to help me out Sean did take me out for lunch so that was pretty cool all in all 5 stars

I am so Happy with the purchase of my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan. Both Sean and Rys went above and beyond to make this happen and got me financing I am able to live with. They were incredibly helpful, transparent, and took the time to walk me through all my options to find what truly worked best for me. Not only did they manage to reduce my monthly payment, but they also helped me upgrade to a better vehicle than I expected. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I never felt pressured. I've been doing business with Mitsubishi at Chilliwack dealership since 2017. It's gratifying seeing the whole environment change and progress from 2017 to the present. Mitsubishi dealership at Chilliwack is a place now that you can visit and sure you and your family will receive a good attention, and great service. My wife and I bought a new PHEV Outlander and it was a great experience. Ryan was our salesman. A guy with a positive attitude, knowledgeable and... 5 stars.
