I recently took my Jeep to Chilson Wilcox for a safety recall issue. They were very polite and pleasant to deal with. They took care of my issue in the timeframe they stated when I made the appointment. I was also able to pick up my Jeep after the service department closed which was helpful with my schedule. I will definitely take my Jeep back there if I need service. 😊

Doug is great and was not in the day I had my car in for service. Would like to see an oil change and tire rotation done a little quicker than 5 hours.
