Great experience. Where do I start??? ... Bought a used Toyota C-HR some months ago. Donny, the sales rep was upfront and straight forward with me. As a Vetran, I appreciate someone giving me answers and not giving me a runaround. Great car, no fuss. I realize that the C-HR is an awesome summer commuter car. Good on milage and gas. Other than power windows a plain car with no other options. Gladly recommended Donny to others. Just got a Second vehicle for robust winter driving. The older I get, I like a vehicle that has an AWD capability. Picked up an older KIA Sportage ... this one has heated seats, much more room while wearing a winter coat, better leg room etc. The prices on both vehicles fill my budget. Donny is an Asset and the owner, Dimitry should be happy to have him on his staff. Between Donny and Dimitry, their attention to my vehicle selection and their service could not have been better. No muss, no fuss. Will continue to recommed them. Thank you Both. 💯👍😁

Avoid this dealership at all costs. My whole experience with them was one red flag stacked on top of another. I’d do anything to go back to not purchase from them. Purchased the car in November 2025 and just spent $2100 in repairs that I’m almost certain existed during the time of purchase. My car is back in the shop again requiring even more repairs. The salesman was non-responsive and screwed up the bill of sale (how do you even do that)! Not one step of the whole process was done without errors and they kept money from me and kept lying about when my money would be returned.

Bought a Gti from these guys back in January. They were very helpful and Brian was great. Good communication throughout and even helped me with a battery problem I got 2 months after getting the car. Would recommend.

I've had a bad experience at Chinook Auto over the last few weeks. I went there to get a car. The car salesman (Brian) showed me a car, I liked it and told him I was interested. I paid a REFUNDABLE deposit to get the car off the market and get the financing started. It's refundable because I made sure to ask him three times before sending the deposit. For 3 weeks, It was difficult working with Brian. He doesn't pick calls. He hardly responds to messages. I had to leave work to visit him twice just to get updates on the financing. His response was "I'm working on it". I will get back to you today and he never does. After 3 weeks, I was done with working with Brian because I want a better service. Also, 3 weeks is more than enough time to get financing. Then I told Brian I was not interested anymore and I wanted my deposit refund. Now, this is another 3 weeks of no picking up of calls, hardly responding to messages. It's so stressful dealing with this dealership. Since Brian was not responding to me calls/text, I went to the office and there was no one to attend to me. The reception said everyone was out. I eventually got my refund. Thanks Chinook

We came in today just browsing for a vehicle, we were greeted by a gentleman named James, he was very professional and helpful with our search. However we didn’t end up leaving with anything but if you’re looking for a vehicle I would recommend this place due to the great customer service we received!
