I bought a used Jeep Compass and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealer. Our salesman Nick and the rest of the staff were VERY helpful and super easy to work with. The Compass was in really good shape and it was the best price in a 200 mile radius. I didn’t even feel the need to price haggle. I was in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend Chris Auffenberg Ford to anyone shopping for a new or used car. And I REALLY appreciate the cookies and mugs!! -that was the icing on the cake. Wonderful experience.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Brian Francic was our sales rep and he was professional, friendly and comfortable to work with. It was a hassle free experience. I was working on a deal for a truck I really liked. The sales person I was working with quit and another one calls to continue the deal. We agreed they would hold the deal for a week while I tried to sell my current vehicle. I sold it after only one day and went in to purchase the truck only to find out it had been sold the day after they called ME about it. Now I’m without a vehicle because of Auffenberg and Dave who had made the deal with me. The truck was still on their website the minute before I went to buy it. This dealer will say anything for money and lie through their teeth. Any commitment you get from them is garbage and should be treated with contempt. UPDATE: the truck is still listed as available on their website. I got a call back about it from Erman and was met with misunderstanding and unapologetic lethargy. Auffenberg has proven to have poor communication. I was told they wanted to earn my business but then did nothing but refuse to say sorry and offer me a truck that was 14% more expensive.

Auffenberg Ford had the car I had been looking for. I scanned the internet for anyone that had the vehicle I wanted and they had it. Samantha was great to work with. She was very friendly, responsive, and even came in on her day off to show me the car. The whole experience was great and I love my new car! Thanks Samantha!
