Chris Nikel started my repair order June 2025, part had no ETA and finally came in February 2026. My Advisor Philip was absolutely amazing! He took such good car of us from start to finish. He got me scheduled for drop off at 4pm on a Thursday and my truck was ready next day in less than 24 hours for my MGU warranty replacement. He got me covered with a rental vehicle and all. 10/10 will go to them with any needs in my future! Next time we need to buy another truck/SUV, we will be coming here for sure.
