My father recently purchased a used 2004 Ram 1500 from Chris Ullman Pre-Owned Autos, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Living over three hours away on the opposite side of West Virginia, most of the process had to be handled over the phone. The dealership was extremely accommodating, thoroughly checking everything we requested before we made the trip. When we arrived, the truck was exactly as described, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The team at Chris Ullman was great to deal with, and we would definitely recommend them to others. 5 stars!

Stopped in and saw a car I wanted to buy for my son on a Saturday. I looked it over and checked it out on line. No one hassled me. I left to get my son so he could test drive it. I got back to the lot, but it had closed. I was a little nervous, because I felt it was a great deal. Closed on Sunday. I got there as quick as I could on Monday. I let them know I was very interested, but wanted my son to test drive it and check it out before I bought it. I asked if I could give some cash to hold it for me, until my son was out of school. Was very happy that they allowed me to do it! Later, I took my son to see and test drive it. It was no surprise to me that he liked it. So I bought it. Before I bought it, another customer tried to buy it, but they held it for me. As I was signing the paperwork, another customer looked to purchase it. Chris Ullman Autos held true to their word and sold me a very nice vehicle at a very reasonable price. So reasonably priced that I didn't bother squabbling over the price. Honesty, quality and a great price. One just can't ask for more. One of, if not the most pleasurable experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle and I've purchased many cars over the years. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car, to give Chris Ullman Autos an opportunity. They will be my first stop, next time I'm looking for a pre-owned vehicle. Awesome car- buying experience! Do not expect these people to notify you if a vehicle youre interested in sells.i was looking ay a vehicle on a Friday and went to my bank to ask about a loan for it and my bank would not give me the loan as their policy is a little ignorant,regardless I let the salesman know and we discussed other places I could aquire a loan and so I went to a couple local banks and one of them gave me the loan and they called the dealership to let them know and the truck had been sold,now I understand that it is first come first serve and I'm not angry about that at all,I didn't put a down-payment on the vehicle as they claim it would be nonrefundable and I wasn't going to give them money for free if I couldn't aquire the loan needed but I did get a loan and put a hit on my credit because they. Ouldnt make a simple phone call to let me know they had sold it.

We bought a Toyota Tacoma from them (John, Ben & Wills) they are all awesome to deal with, we would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks guys we love our truck!
