I took my car in to get a new cluster put in and they were having trouble finding a part. Originally hey said about two weeks to get the car done and a lot of that was finding a part. Wednesday I talked to them and they said they had finally located a new cluster and it would be probably another week or two to get it. Friday morning I got a call and they said magically the part had come in and installed and the car was ready to pick up. I was shocked. The whole process went very smooth even though the part was hard to find. They let me use a loaner car which surprised me and even though I called every other day or so to get a heads up the service department was very patient and very professional especially Mariah Proctor. She handle the whole process like a seasoned pro. I was actually very surprised to have such a great service department handling my car and taking very good care of of me. Yes as all dealerships it was a little pricey but I’m not complaining at all as I felt valued as a customer. Thank you so much Mariah for putting up with me through the whole process and being so helpful and so nice. Also a shout out to the service manager Mike for his help with everything. You two were the best in service I can remember ever having. I appreciate you so much and so far everything is working great.

I ordered a ram Pro Master 3500 out of state. The whole staff was very professional & accommodating. And make sure to reassure me every step of the way. They shipped my van to Alabama, and the vehicle is in perfect quality. Next time I need another service van for my plumbing company. I am looking here before anywhere else! Excellent service

Amy was fantastic explaining all the service issues, and offers. setting up screens, explaining all the accessories, called a week and 2 weeks after purchase to make sure I was adjusting well with my newer features. How it drove etc. Explained warranty. Very good experience with this dealership.
