I went to the Logansport, Indiana Ford dealership on Mall Rd (across from Walmart.) From the time I parked my vehicle untill the time I left I felt very safe and comfortable. An employee named Bryan Schmehl did all the paperwork, computer work. I went to the waiting area an in a little while I was told my car was done. When I got in my car the cluster lights (interior (dash, clock, etc)) was working excellent I waited about three weeks to make sure and yes, they did an excellent job on my car. They all were very kind to me. I felt very comfortable, safe there. Best part it didn't cost me as much as I thought it would. I will take my car back there in the future because I know they will do me right !!! I'm an older lady they could have taken an advantage but they were true and honest. And it wont cost as much as you think ahead of time. Good job Ford in Logansport, Indiana !!

Radiator went up immediately after I got the van. Mechanic said stop leak was put in probably long enough to sell the Van. SHOCKING. Now the whole engine is toasted, mechanic thinks it’s because of how bad the radiator was for so long. Before buying just test drive it and take it to your mechanic to be sure. Upon talking to someone else who currently has a Vehicle through them, she also had to replace the engine a month after purchase. Just be aware and do research. I did get ahold of the manager there and he said he would call me back and never did, I called back and he completely have been avoiding me.
