Christin Chevrolet Buick GMC

I had a very frustrating experience with this Chevrolet dealer. For almost three weeks, I tried to get assistance with a file, but the dealer never replied. Each time I contacted GM, they referred me back to the dealer, creating a loop with no resolution. It feels like they prioritize new car sales and completely neglect service for existing customers. Compared to other brands I’ve dealt with, like Toyota, their service is extremely slow and unhelpful. I would not recommend this dealer for after-sales support. In response to the owner's comment: I am adding this follow-up due to ongoing issues with communication and file handling at this dealership. At one point, I was told that, due to workload, no further assistance could be provided. This caused wasted time and frustration. I would not recommend this dealership for lease processing or follow-up services.

I had an appt this morning and when I showed up the service dept manager told me that they were booked solid for the day. He said that the appointment person never checks with the service dept for availability which means that they have had this problem before and it has never been fixed. Terrible customer service. I will take my car elsewhere.

Serious technical error!! I made an appointment today to go to this workshop to change my tires and oil. After picking up the car, I heard a strange sound while driving and felt that the car were unstable. I immediately stopped to check the vehicle and found that there were 3 screw caps on the right front wheel were missing. I was very angry and disappointed, what if I have accident when I driving this car today? I may have dead if the wheel fall off!It's unbelievable.

We had amazing greeting from phone call to first meet, we was lucky to meet a great manager Ludovic who took a time with us and answered on all our questions, he provided honest information about the car, this manager spoke well about the dealership and its owner, he said that this dealership value their customers and provide an individual approach. We thinks that we were lucky with an excellent seller Ludovic and also with an excellent car dealership policy and approach. We had a lot of experience in other car dealerships, but this one pretend to be the best, thanks to Ludovic for his work. We recommend this autodealer Buick Christin to everyone who need a trusted service and receive the best customer approach.
