Chrysler at Antwerpen

became a customer here a year ago when I purchased a used 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid with 23,000 miles on the odometer. I paid $43,000 for the vehicle, but just one week after driving it, it broke down. I contacted the dealership, and they asked me to leave the car with them for an inspection; however, they claimed they could not detect any faults. They told me to take the car back and continue driving it until the problem became more severe, at which point I should bring it in again. I was extremely dissatisfied with their service, and they subsequently advised me to purchase a brand-new vehicle for greater safety. Consequently, I had to spend additional money to buy an identical 2023 model—this time, one with zero mileage. Yet, after driving that car for just one month, the instrument cluster malfunctioned, forcing me to return to the dealership once again. Now—one year and 16,500 miles later—the vehicle’s engine suddenly shut down while I was driving on the road. When I called the dealership, they informed me that I would have to pay for the repairs because the warranty had expired—despite their advertisements promising a 200,000-mile warranty on the engine. I am now left wondering whether I should ever place my trust in their products again.

This was the best automotive repair experience I have ever had. We unexpectedly switched from a wait appointment to a shuttle appointment, which was also a pleasant experience as Andre was courteous and conversational! I worked with Jai and I will request him every time moving forward. He is knowledgeable and informed and gave me great advice for the recommended service coming up for my Jeep. I will absolutely be making Antwerpen CJDR my new "home" for repairs and service, and I plan to recommend them to EVERYONE that owns one of these models (and even those that don't). The front desk staff was engaging and polite, and were delightful to work with. And they both had FIRE manis, those girls were amazing. Thanks for taking care of my Jeep, and for making me feel like a person and not just some number. I hope you had as much fun as I did because I will be back.

Had my truck for all most 3 weeks and not one phone call from them,. The only calls that were made was from myself. The supervisor keeps spinning me about my vehicle and now the general manager is doing the same thing. This is unacceptable not to mention unprofessional. I’m having catch uber and lift in order to get around. It doesn’t affect them so I feel as though they don’t give a dam. I hope that I don’t have to deal with this Jeep dealership in Catonsville again
