I did not see the damage until later and the brakes make a loud noise! I did bring the car back, the manager took it for a test drive, he said it sounds like I have beads in a compartment! They did not help me at all so now I am driving a Lemon car! I do not recommend this car dealership because nobody was honest!! Thank you, Tten : (

Brooksville Jeep is my favorite dealer in Florida for having my Pacifica serviced! They have some wonder service advisors that never treat you like you’re bothering them and getting on their nerves. The service department was absolutely wonderful to work with. They were polite, welcoming and most of all went out of their way to make sure your needs were met and made you feel like part of a family. When the service was completed they offered to wash the vehicle and even walked me to the vehicle and opened the door for me. Lance in my opinion is a great service representative addition to Brooksville Florida, somthing not seen at many dealerships. 5 stars all around.
