This is the worst dealership in Morgantown. I’ve live here for more than 30 year and never seen a worst dealership. They didn’t uphold to the recall I had on my vehicle and they reluctantly didn't fix the issue while trying to charge me more for the recall that was on it at the time. Highly do not recommend going here to anyone that need work done or purchasing a vehicle!

The service department has gone above and beyond to assist my kids who attend West Virginia University (WVU). Rob always takes his time to explain things to my daughter regarding her Jeep and the service issues she faces. He has always been informative and responsive when she has an issue. I highly recommend the dealership and thank them for their level of service to the students at WVU.

Had a 2 1/2 hour drive to get to the dealer, and it was worth every minute of it. Everyone is beyond friendly and making sure you're happy. Definitely will be returning!
