Transmission toasted was the news I received from Michael at McGee Dodge & Jeep in Barre. With the help and expertise of Michael and the other Michael(awesome mechanic) they took over and got busy. From the time of diagnostic and report to final repair just wee bit over 2 1/2 weeks. Totally amazed on the professional team there at McGee. Highly recommended to anyone looking for service sales and or purchasing a new car. I can’t imagine where I’d be without them on this journey. Along with the transmission Michael worked up a brilliant plan on other issues found. I’m literally driving a new machine thanks to the team there at McGee. Excellent job goes out to them. This place has been great. Bought this jeep unfortunately had a manufactured defect and needed fixing. All covered expenses. They drove to me with the loaner, same kind of jeep. Fixed my jeep and then drove it back to me and took the loaner back with them. Nothing but good things to say about this company. Just a rare thing that happen but they were great about making it right. 5 star place. Thank you.

This is always such a wonderful dealership to purchase a vehicle through. Rather new or used they always have what your looking for the sales guys are always so polite and understanding and the sweetest people to work with when buying a vehicle. I recently purchased a Jeep from the McGee dealership in Barre VT. I found everyone to be helpful, non-pushy, and professional. During the process a huge issue happened. While I won't go into details I do want to say that the event was on the dealership side of the transaction. The McGee dealership was extremely professional in handling the situation. They immediately took full responsibility for the issue. There was no BS from them. They made everything right without any hesitation at all and completely stood behind correcting the issue. I am very impressed with the dealership and the entire process of the purchase. I am not the type of person to make a recommendation for something I am not 100% behind. I can honestly say that I do recommend this dealership without any hesitation. I will also state that I have not been induced, incentivised, or otherwise rewarded for my comments.
