Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Walla Walla

Drove out of state to purchase a vehicle from them. Arrived and vehicle was not as advertised. They offered some cash back due to condition of vehicle. It made it back home 1500 miles though upon arriving and going through it a little more thoroughly. Here’s what I found. I was told clutch was replaced however it was 4 years old and damn near left me stranded. Clutch disk nearly came apart, pilot bearing non existent and wore down input shift on transmission. E brake is non functional. The brakes needed replaced. Hydro boost leaking looks like been leaking for some time. Shifter was leaking from seal. Thermostat was leaking not a big deal they supplied me with anti freeze for the drive home. Glad they did because the water pump stated leaking. The ccv filter wasn’t replaced even though the service message was on the dash. Found out why. The bolts wouldn’t come off and the nuts in the plastic are no longer held in place from corrosion. Will need a new valve cover because of this at some point. In total I’m close to 11k in repairs after all repairs done to it. I’m just glad it got me home . They were very nice a little pushy but decent to speak with. Only reason I gave two stars because they actually did something on price. I’d recommend anyone buying a used truck from them to have a pre purchase inspection done else where. Had I done that I probably wouldn’t have purchased unless there was more discount involved. Apparently I’m not the only one who has traveled out of state and had issues.
