So we came to the Willoughby location on January 13th and tried to trade in a car and get a newer van. We tried for a few hours and couldn’t make a deal bc our older van had over 120,000 miles on it and we owed 20 grand left on it. We got the news that we couldn’t make a deal and as we were about to leave our guy EDWARD HEARN asked if we had a extra 5 minutes bc he was trying to strike a deal for us . HE MAD IT HAPPEN !!!
