Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Warwick

This was such a positive experience. I was shopping for a Jeep for more than a month and a half every other jeep deal that I went to there was an issue bad communication or something as simple as they did not wanna help me. Everything changed when I reached out to Warwick Jeep Fantastic customer service, fantastic communication, and no dramatics whatsoever. I have to mention that JJ who helped me answered all my questions and old boy that I have questions. He’s a real guy, a real sales person and a real professional.

I had to have a repair completed on my 2019 Ram in November and Kevin in the service department was awesome to work with. He made sure I was satisfied with the repair and kept me updated throughout the process. At the end of May I decided to trade the truck in and purchase a 2026 Ram from CJDR of Warwick. JJ in sales was awesome to deal with, not pushy, very informative and helpful. When I decided on making the purchase JJ ensured the process was smooth and stress free. JJ and Gil in finance gave me what I felt was a great price on my trade and did an awesome job in helping to get some money off of the sticker for the new truck. I walked out feeling like I got a great deal, which can sometimes be hard to find when shopping for a new car. I can’t say enough great things about the experience and the level of service I was provided by Kevin, JJ and Gil. 5 stars all around.

Sam is a wonderful salesman. He made my experience great, so did Gil the finance manager. I was in and out in about an hour. I would deal with both of those guys anytime they were amazing. The service manager not so much. Had a shimmy in the front end and some brake noise so I made an appointment to have it fixed. When I dropped it off, silly me I just assumed that I would be getting a courtesy car since I just dropped 30 grand on a vehicle three days prior, but he told me no we don’t have any. He didn’t even make sure he just said no. So I started walking home. I made it about a mile when he called back and said oh wait we do have one. So I walked about a mile back. Not that I don’t like walking but that was a slap in the face. I was extremely unsatisfied. Just a little customer service goes a long way.

i would give them zero stars if i were able to. the man that helped me was insanely rude. he assumed that i couldn't afford the truck i was looking at and when i told him i could he just kept making remarks that i couldn't. he thinks just because I'm young and a girl i cant afford a car. meanwhile as soon i walked in he showed me the most expensive used truck they had in the lot which i was confused on why he did that if he was just going to assume i couldn't afford it. it was a man with grey/black hair, older man. maybe was just jealous he was old and me and my friend are young. who knows but i don't recommend going there and i will never even think to go back there again. i will also make sure to recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a car to absolutely stay away from this place. i then called after i left to make a complaint about this man because i was distraught by his actions and the manager had a complete attitude and was no help and didn't care at all. i honestly could not even think of one good thing about this dealership. he also laughed at me in the beginning when i told him i wanted a truck. I'm assuming also because I'm a girl.
