# Summary The dealership receives highly polarized feedback, with most customers praising individual salespeople like Michael Darling and Roderick Mitchell for their professionalism, attentiveness, and helpfulness throughout the purchase process. However, one detailed negative review describes significant issues including misleading pricing, unfulfilled promises, poor customer service from management, incomplete vehicle preparation, and unresolved follow-up problems that created a frustrating multi-hour experience.
Went today and purchased a truck from Mrs Cheryl, she was very helpful, went above annd beyond, and spent the day helping my husband, showing him multiple vehicles. The staff was all super friendly! Would recommend for anyone looking for a new vehicle.
I went to the dealership to look at a specific car. When I got there the same car was being sold. That was fine, the problems started after that. The salesman walked my wife, 3 children and myself out to show us another option within the same budget pricing. It was a paint faded Kia that was too small for my family and priced 3k more than what I was looking for. I said no thanks and as we were walking to the car to leave he stopped me and said he had one other option. Reluctantly we took a look at it. It was parked in the service department. We took it for a drive and liked it. when we went to the office to discuss, the price was more than double what we wanted to spend. I was told the monthly payments would be kept close to what I could spend. I am a disabled combat veteran and have one small income for my family. I told them this. He came back with a monthly payment double what I asked for. I talked with my wife and decided if they could take an additional 1k off the final price I would do it. I was told it would be done. We sat for over 4 hours to get this done and completed. When I finished signing, I was told there were 2 key fobs for the car. The car wasn't detailed, there was under a half tank of gas and one key fob in the cup holder. After I got home looked for the second key fob, wasn't there. Called the dealership right away and asked and was told it was left in the desk and they would mail it out. I also asked them if the car had just been traded in if it had gone through service inspection before it was sold to me and they said no. I spoke Jerry Hughes who was a manager, he said drive it back and they will do a service inspection, and loan me a car to go eat while it was being done. The dealership is one hour away from where I live and across state lines. I drove it back and sat in the front entrance for almost two hours. Not one person said a word to me, no loaner car, no can I help you, nothing. The car was parked out front and then, Jerry came out and said, you're all set. I asked for a copy of the service report and about the second key fob and he said they would be mailed to me. When I went to register the car, I had to pay $175 for taxes that they did not cover like it was supposed to be in the financing. A week later I got a busted up key fob in the mail. So I called back. This time I talked with James Payne. He said that Jerry had resigned and he was the manager. Told me I had to drive back on a Tuesday at 9am in order to get a key fob made that was supposed to be mailed to me weeks earlier. So I drove back out, had a key fob made and waited in the main entrance once again for 30 to 40 min before I asked the same lady who said as soon as we pulled up would let him know we were there, if James was going to come out. She said she would go tell him again. The whole time I was waiting, James and the same lady had walked past me about 10 times. About 10 minutes later, James came out. I asked for a copy of the service inspection. James said he didn't have one but the oil was changed. I asked for reimbursement for the short fall on their finance team and he said no. He said they have no idea how to calculate county taxes in Florida and it was my problem. After reviewing all the paperwork, they never discounted the 1k This was absolutely the worst car buying experience in my life. I have bought cars in different countries, off show room floors and off private sales and this was the worst by far. The customer service was terrible and the whole staff including the managers could care less, all they cared about was getting your money and getting you out the door. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will never go back. After reading some reviews, it seems a lot of other people got the same treatment.
Thank you— Michael Darling for the exceptional service he provided. He was professional, attentive, and took the time to truly listen to my needs without any pressure. His knowledge, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Roderick Mitchell…sir just wait for me to get some more payments on the vehicle I just got, and I am going to get with you!!! You did such a great job helping my brother! We appreciate you and Heather so much. I’ve gotten to watch my brother grow up before my very eyes today. Thank you all, it was worth the drive.
Michael was very friendly and extremely helpful in getting me set up with everything on my Tahoe. He answered any questions I had and made sure I understood everything before moving on. He was great and will definitely use him if we ever need help again in the future. Also, appreciate the detailing department for all of their hard work in making any vehicle I’ve purchased from there look amazing!
