The dealership receives mixed reviews, with some customers praising individual salespeople for their transparency and service, while others report significant issues including vehicle preparation problems, unresponsive staff, hidden damage on vehicles sold as "clean," and frustrating post-sale administrative delays. Experiences range from highly satisfied leasing customers to long-time buyers expressing deep disappointment with the dealership's current operations and customer service standards.
Great buying experience, but do not get the new car blinders like I did. 1. Said it had a 'clean' Carfax, 2. After leaving found behind the passenger door there is damage too much for the buckle they said may have got stuck in it. The passenger door handle has obvious damage where the chrome was stripped away and cleaned up. The rear wheel has some damage. 3. Then upon inspection further, found the original aluminum rims have been swapped with steel rims and garbage hub caps to hide the steel rims. 4. One rim has about 15 weights so it is most likely out of round and trached. 5. The wheels look like they have a lot of tread but after looking closer will not pass inspection. So I will need to drop $700 + on tires. I did reach out about the door damage and they will ' touch it up' with a but of paint where it obviously need some light body work to fix it correctly $660 quoted for that work. To get the correct rims will be another $1000 used.
I recently leased a Bronco Sport and Mark made the process so seamless and easy. He went out of his way and found the perfect car for me when I was asking for something super specific and seemingly rare. He was transparent about pricing the entire time with me so I knew exactly what I could/should be looking for when I went in knowing very little about Ford & the car I was looking for. Mark was knowledgeable and took the time to show me all the features of my new car before I drove it off the lot. He was super thorough, leaving me feeling confident I know how to use all the cars features driving off the lot. Would definitely recommend getting a car from this dealership, especially if you’re dealing with Mark- not to mention i’m obsessed with my new Bronco!!
Our experience leasing our new Ford Explorer was truly satisfying. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was exceptional. The receptionist greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome right away. Our salesman, Matt Hayden was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Kevin Hayden, the sales manager, was professional and made sure everything went smoothly. Mike, the financial specialist clearly explained all the details and made the paperwork easy to understand. We genuinely appreciate the curiosity, honesty and professionalism shown by the entire team. It was a pleasure doing business with Ciocca, and we would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE After 64 years on earth, 20+ cars purchased from Flemington Ford and Flemington Car and Truck Country, I learned a lesson…Ciocca Ford dealership went to total crap. First off, the sales portion of the purchase was okay, but definitely been better in the past with Flemington. Salesman was very good as far as customer service. No complaints here. It appears to me the dealership is understaffed and no one seems to really care about their duties and responsibilities. Lackluster and inexperienced finance department and after sales is the worst I have ever seen. To get an operator on the phone for general questions is non-existent. Let me give a few examples. 👉Preparation of the vehicle was sub-par consisting of a wash only. Was a bit surprised because other dealers at least put a glaze, or a detail spray on the car 👉Emails regarding questions of an extended service plan and recalls on the 2022 Bronco Sport went unanswered 👉Finance Department has no one assigned. Don’t believe me…go on the website 👉Finance Department employees do not return calls 👉Paperwork misplaced and lost. Dealership had to resend missing documents to me for signature 👉Registration paperwork was not prepared nor was it sent to me on time. It took the dealer well over 30 days to process a registration. I had to call and leave messages numerous times to get this completed. They had no clue my paperwork was misplaced til I called them. 👉Calls and emails to the finance department, general manager went unanswered. 👉I felt the finance process was rushed 👉Emails to get my rewards points buying a blue certified vehicle went unanswered This dealership certainly has changed under the new owners. I cannot and will not recommend them anymore to friends and family as I did in the past. There are many other choices for new and used vehicles in NJ.
I bought a car Ciocca automobile group in December 2025. Even though I explained that I would be using the car for work and should have a tax reduction, they convinced me otherwise and made me sign the contract. Later, realizing the tax reduction was necessary, they tried to get me to sign a new contract, including the tax in the car price without applying the reduction. They pressured me with absurdities, saying I had to return the car if I didn't sign, claiming there were no changes to the contract. I understood their mathematical trick and refused to sign. Eventually, they applied the tax reduction and made a new contract. Of course, this took time, and the temporary license plate they gave me expired. When I requested a new temporary license plate, they offered a ridiculous solution: "If the police issue a fine, bring it and we'll pay it." The process took until February, and I couldn't use my car for 25 days because I didn't have a license plate. They also didn't provide the four-season car floor mats they promised when I bought the car, claiming they were out of stock. They had said they would arrive within a week or two when I bought the car. Despite all the problems, they showed no remorse whatsoever. So, anyone considering buying a car from them should be cautious, as they will encounter people who don't keep their word and don't do their job properly.
