The vehicle I was sold has had problems since I have gotten it. The warrenttee doesn't cover parts I was told it would. 11 days to replace a part? No loaner vehicles and almost 600.00 in rental fees. Parts back ordered for over a week? The issues go on and on, will be hard pressed to get any vehicle again from this dealership. The previous owner was amazing! NEVER had issues and purchased MULTIPLE vehicles from the previous owner... lesson learned!

My experience during buying my new Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 was the best I’ve had in my life. No pressure, to sales tactics…just straight talk. The salesman, Tom Tetesco, is largely responsible for my positive experience. He was a real nice guy who fought for my deal. Amazing. (Tom - I owe you a bourbon!) I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Go give Tom some business, you will not be disappointed.

Horrible service department! I brought my electric equinox in for generalized service which included a tire rotation. My appointment was for 7:40 and come the morning I got to change that it was moved to 840. I didn't think it was a big deal as I didn't need the car for the whole day but also had something in the works from somebody else to get me back out there. I expected a quick service since all I was really asking for was an overlook of the system and a tire rotation but as hours continue to pass by I grew concerned. At around 3:00 p.m. I finally heard back even though I contacted twice with no answer and was told that they didn't rotate the tires because I just need all new tires and they didn't even bother popping the hood to look at the fluids. They also recommended that I needed a full brake job but then on the paperwork stated I was fine. Knowing that they didn't even give me the opportunity to tell them to just rotate the tires anyways to buy me a couple weeks they just rode up the report dropped my car on the back lot then called me to tell me they didn't do anything. Though I wasn't charged for any work it was a complete waste of an entire day and they could have even topped off the fluids and still rotated the tires because that's specifically what I asked for. This is my first time going there in hopes that it would all work out knowing that it's a lot more convenient but after my experience I would much rather pay to go elsewhere.

I would never go to the dealership again. They sold me a car. The sunroof is leaking and the general manager Bryan he’s not going to fix it. He keep telling me he understands, but we can’t do nothing. The car is your problem now I come the day after I bought the car and the general manager is not going to help I would never wanna go back to this dealership or recommend this to anyone else.
