Ciocca Honda of Williamsport

Ciocca Honda of Williamsport was wonderful to work with. I was looking for a specific model, and they were willing to work with me remotely before coming into the dealership. The process was super smooth, and they got me through all the paperwork in an hour. Shout out to Levan, Michael and Nick who made the car buying experience fun and easy.

So, this could be long winded, but I’m going to keep the gratitude short and sweet. I’ve had several appointments over the years with this Honda Dealership and everything has been handled with personal care. A year and a half ago we had to replace the engine in our 2015 Honda Odyssey. When it came time for the payment, we needed to wait an extra two weeks because of our payroll cycle and just not having $6000 on hand to cover it. Honda was more than wonderful through this process and allowed us to have the Honda rental vehicle for an extra week. Honda really worked with us to make this less painful. Then a couple months ago, we had a spark plug foul out on us, and when we brought it to be serviced, they charged us no cost to have the spark plug replaced and to check the system for any other issues. I’ve personally never walked out of a mechanic without a charge. I was extremely grateful and felt a personal touch at this point by being a customer for the past eight years. Muncy Ciocca Honda's service department is top notch. I also have had great interactions salesmen, financing, and service with Ciocca Ford in Quakertown when purchasing my Ford Bronco. I was less than happy with the way the general manager, Muncy, and their sales man treated me while trying to purchase a Honda HRV. they ran my credit, gave me a bogus mock up with prices that did not and does not reflect my credit score that the ran! it was if they did not want to be bothered. I then went on Carguru and found a new Honda HRV in Harrisburg, not from Ciocca. I then gave Ciocca another call before going with Harrisburg dealership, no call back for two days. I did purchase from Faulkner Honda is Harrisburg. Seamless sale, treated with respect, they are delivering vehicle on Monday. So, get online and order. Since personal connection isn't important anymore then steer clear of Ciocca Honda. again Faulkner Honda, Bobby, In Harrisburg was fantastic.

I 100% recommend this dealership! I am always anxious about purchasing a new car and all the hassle that comes along with it. From the time I arrived, Heidi immediately made me feel welcome. The process of test driving 2 vehicles, handling my trade in, completing paperwork, and going through finance was smooth and efficient. All of my questions were answered with ease, I was given an excellent trade value, and I left in a brand new Honda Civic with the monthly payment that I initially asked to be at. If you’re looking for a car, be sure to check this place out!

Do not take your car here. I am a certified mechanic who only took my car here because I didn't have time to do the work on my own, and it's been nothing except problems with them the whole time. I had to take my car back multiple times because things weren't done right. They overfilled my transmission by a half a gallon, which I had to drain off, and damaged the torque converter. Then they made me pay to install a torque converter I had for the car when they were the ones that damaged the first one. Then on another instance when I again had to bring it back they fried the ECU in the car, refused to take responsibility for it and forced me to buy a junkyard ECU to put in the car. It does not run right with the junkyard ECU, and they still refuse to replace it even though the original ECU was damaged while in their possession. There are many other things that happened too. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a garage, and if I were to cause this many problems at any shop I have worked at I would've been fired. Save your self the hassle, and do not take your car here.
