I went to have my Nissan Rogue serviced today and left with an almost new very nice red 2019 Volvo. I want to thank everyone involved in our purchase today, especially Eddie and Cory who were the two representatives that assisted us through this process step by step. Excellent customer service, probably the smoothest and easiest car purchase I’ve ever made… and I’ve had quite a few experiences and this one by far was #1! It was a pleasurable experience, these guys Eddie and Cory were very transparent and extremely down to earth no pressure individuals!!! The finance team were considerate and mindful of our financial situation and the trade in process of our old vehicle towards this newer vehicle purchase. Kudos to Eddie… he was even so kind to give me his unwanted bag of root beer barrel candies for my daughter!!! Very cool! The entire team was so friendly and helpful. I called a half hour before closing to see if a vehicle online was still on the lot, gave my information and had a call from the manager in the morning. We went over everything and my expectations, budget, and non-negotiables. Shortly after Joshua called me and he was super easy to talk to.. not one of those "used car salesman".. gave him all the demands and he came through with everything. Once I arrived I felt beyond comfortable with the team and was joking around with them. The best car buying experience I've had and would recommend anyone looking to check out the team at Ciocca.

Kevin sold me my Pathfinder and was enjoyable to work with from start to finish.
