Ciocca Subaru of Pleasantville

Just picked up the 2026 subaru outback wilderneess. This is the 6th car me and family have bought from ciocca subaru of pleasantville, and this is the second time we bought a car from Hunter D. He is the absolute best, no doubt. He truly went out of his way to make sure i got what i wanted. I went in there with my mind set on that exact car and no other car. The car wasnt even off the truck yet, it was in the process of delivery. He showed me other options and explained the main differences just in case i might of liked something else. My favorite thing was i never felt rushed once. Left with a car that i truly didnt think i was ever gonna actually to be able to get but he made it happen. Everyone else there is great too. Brendan the manager, you can tell he truly just wants to help the customer get the best of everything there. Greg as well over at services. Every time i go for a service im happy to see Greg still there such a cool guy and super friendly.

Needed a reliable used vehicle. Came into Ciocca because we purchased a 2025 Forester from them and had a great experience. Phil T greeted us a showed us a 2023 Forester that would satisfy my needs. Phil worked hard to get us a deal that we were satisfied with. He walked us through the whole purchase even helped to put the vehicle on our insurance. He is a genuine caring salesman and a credit to your organization.

Phillip T really helped me out here. I'd definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking. He's a good guy, and made the process of buying a new care easy. I think we spent more time chatting than actually buying lol.

They went above and beyond with my particular situation. While driving on the AC expressway our 2018 Forester was having mechanical issues. I was lucky enough to get to the dealership before there was a total failure. The service advisor, Lucas, gave me a loaner car and said they would look over the car and get back to me. I was thinking it was some part that went but it turns out we needed a new transmission which is around 10K. Lucas looked into my issue and it turns out that there are several years where Subaru had issues with their transmissions. Our car met the criteria (under 10 years a s under 100K miles) so they installed a new transmission. They did a great job!!!

Purchased a 2026 outback in January. Only 2 months in and the cars system hasn't been working. The sales team is unresponsive to any communication and does not stand behind the vehicle. Service gave me two options to schedule that do not fit my work schedule and I was told to work woth them or not get it fixed. I've left messages that are not returned and the sales team is very rude and not helpful. First new car, 4th subaru. Worst dealership ever, no body responds and they do not sell quality cars.
