I went into car shopping expecting a root canal. Instead, Pete and Andrew made the whole experience surprisingly painless. Excellent car buying experience. First thing in the morning, I found a car I was interested in, they called me and said it hasn’t been through service or detail yet. I asked if I could still come take a look at it and they said absolutely. Arrived at the time we both agreed and as soon as I walked in, Eli knew who I was. Eli grabbed the car which was in detail, and told me they were able to get it through service before I arrived. There was no haggling and going back and forth wasting each others time. I told them I wanted the car and Eli put it back It back in detail, which hopefully they let there detail department know how much I appreciate them as well for making it all happen. Came to ciocca last Monday to buy a new car and the entire process was fast and simple. Eli was our salesman and was extremely kind and easy to talk to. I was looking at an Audi they had but he also showed us a Volkswagen that was in our budget as well. I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars but he did a great job explaining each car and every single feature they had to offer. He did an amazing job with helping me make my decision. When it came to the price they really worked with me to get me as close to my budget for my monthly payment as possible. Peter helped with the financing he went over all the warranty and options that we could add on but I never felt any pressure from him or anyone else to add it. He even helped me a few days after when I needed to get in contact with the lender. The team at this location is extremely helpful and kind. I’ve been going to Ciocca VW for many years and it’s always a pleasant experience working with their staff. Marciani was especially helpful and patient for my most recent lease. He worked with me ahead of our appointment to expedite the process and was very knowledgeable. He chatted up my kids as we waited, and helped to make it another great experience. I love my new Atlas!
