Circle Subaru

This dealership has been my go to for about 15 years. The staff is the best. They listen, they care, they want you to get the best deal possible. I purchased a used Crosstrek for my daughter last September, and a new one for myself in March. Rich R helped with these sales, and is great to work with. We have also been helped by Travis and Dennis for previous purchases, and Mike for helping us understand the warranties. Tara has helped us twice with dashboard functions, and Bri patiently guided me through this in March. In total, we have purchased 3 used, and 4 new vehicles here. We have handed down cars to 3 of our kids. All are still on the road, but my 2012 Forrester, due to being totaled in an accident. RIP to the Forrester, but my son and his gf walked away with minor injuries. In the spirit of the Knicks first NBA championship win in 53 years, we lined the driveway accordingly. Circle Subaru for the win!

We had a great experience at Circle Subaru today! Steven was super knowledgeable and helpful. We went back and forth on color to nauseam, he was very patient with us. The cherry on top was our love-encore specialist Bri. She helped me get my phone connected to my new car and went over all the bells and whistles. She helped me navigate all the new features and I felt confident driving off of the lot thanks so her! Thanks to everyone who helped us today!

Buying a vehicle from Circle Subaru was a great experience! Sam is a kind and personable salesman. He made the buying process smooth and simple. Bri is very sweet and took her time teaching me all the features of my new car. Michael did a great job explaining additional warranty options and I never felt pressured to buy any. I was able to choose what worked best for me. I am so happy with my 2026 WRX and Circle Subaru definitely made the experience memorable:)

Steve Schwartz, Tara Mullins, and Michael Warnock were phenomenal! They were very honest and transparent about all aspects of my purchase. They were very informative and talked me through all of my options. They catered to my specific needs which made my car buying process a lot less stressful than it typically is. I also really appreciated the free gas voucher I received and that my car was thoroughly cleaned before I left. This was my first time financing a vehicle, and I truly appreciated the service and attention to detail provided by Circle Subaru. Donnie was phenomenal throughout the entire process. He took the time to search through inventory and communicated via text as it was the most convenient for my work schedule, to find exactly what I needed and patiently answered all of my questions along the way. Since I was traveling from Philadelphia to New Jersey, I was disappointed to learn that the original vehicle I was interested in had sold before I arrived. However, Donnie immediately stepped in, found a very similar option, and had it ready for me to test drive. I was incredibly grateful for his responsiveness and dedication. When I arrived, David was equally amazing. He was patient, thorough, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He allowed me to test drive the Forester on the highway, reviewed all of the vehicle’s features and mechanics with me, and even stayed after closing to ensure all of the paperwork was completed properly. Thank you, Donnie and David, for making my first car-buying experience such a positive one. I’m officially a Subaru girlie now!
